Polycotton is perfectly adapted for early season shooting, a period when the weather is usually mild. It offers unbeatable value for money. Thanks to its water-resistant treatment (DWR), it resists short, light rain showers.

Impertane®, a Percussion® exclusive, is made of a polycotton fabric which receives a multi-layer waterproofing coating on both sides. Impertane is supple, resistant and easy to maintain.

Skintane® Optimum, a Percussion® exclusive, is a 100% polyester fabric the back of which is laminated with a waterproof and breathable membrane. Skintane® Optimum has exceptional characteristics:

  • waterproof, it resists high water pressure (5000mm);
  • breathable, it allows the water vapour produced by perspiration to evacuate regularly (5000g/m²/day);
  • resistant, it guarantees excellent resistance to abrasion;
  • supple, for comfortable movement;
  • silent for Deer Stalking.

Exclusive to Percussion: GhostCamo camouflage comes in 3 colour schemes ((Blaze & Black, Ghostcamo Forest and Ghostcamo Wet).). It is available in four types of fabric: water-resistant polycotton (Palombe range), Skintane Optimum (Brocard and Grand Nord ranges), triplelayer Softshell and Polartane.

Softshell is a fabric made up of 3 layers that offers exceptional characteristics:

  • waterproof, it resists high water pressure (5000mm);
  • breathable, it allows the water
  • vapour produced by perspiration to evacuate regularly (5000g/m²/day).

Which fabric for what weather?


   Choosing your hunting outfit always depends on one essential criterion: the weather. There is a specific Percussion® range for each weather condition. Each range is designed from a fabric that is perfectly adapted to the expected temperature and rainfall. You will find the picture symbols opposite on the pages of this catalogue. It covers all the types of weather conditions possible and all the ranges of our collection. ​



   Washing instructions: All our garments have a label on the inside with washing instructions, but please note that all our jackets, vests, hunting trousers and tapered trousers should be machine washed at 30° without conditioner. They must never be placed in a tumble dryer. The heat generated may damage the technical qualities (waterproofness, breathability, resistance, etc.) of the garment.

In addition, we do not recommend ironing for most of our hunting clothing.
